Position: President and Director

Tony Floyd obtained his academic credentials in the United Kingdom. First with a B.Sc. Honours degree in geology from the University of Nottingham and then a M.Sc in Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology from the University of Leicester. He then emigrated to Canada in 1973 and worked throughout North America for a number of junior and senior mining companies including McIntyre Mines Ltd, Cypress Resources, Westley Mines Ltd and the Pezim group of companies. In 1987 he formed Bridger Resources Inc. Bridger Resources was one of the first juniors to conduct exploration and development in Chile. In 1990 Bridger became a high grade gold producer from its La Pepa project in the Maricunga district of Chile. In 1993 political change in Peru led Mr Floyd to form the Peru Syndicate which ultimately became Inca Pacific Resources Inc. The Peru Syndicate/Inca Pacific were amongst the first wave of explorers in Peru which allowed it to assemble an impressive portfolio of prospects. In 1999 this came to fruition when a very significant discovery was made at its Magistral Copper/Molybdenum skarn property. Currently Mr Floyd is also a director of Global Copper Corp.

 
Geoffrey Harden, B.Sc., Ph.D.
Position: Director

Dr. Harden holds a Ph.D in Applied Chemistry from the Royal School of Mines in London. After several years in mineral exploration in Africa and South America, he joined Cominco Ltd. In 1964. Over the ensuing 30 years, Dr. Harden held a series of management and executive positions in worldwide mineral exploration and development, most recently as Vice President of Teck Cominco Resources International Ltd. until his retirement in 1993. Dr. Harden remains active as a Mining Exploration Consultant.

 
Luis Rodriguez-Mariategui Proano
Position: Director

Mr. Rodriguez-Mariategui is a senior partner of Rodriguez-Mariategui & Vidal, a prominent mining law firm in Lima, Peru. In 1967 he served as Minister of Justice of Peru for President Fernando Belaunde. He has been President of the Sociedad Nacional de Mineria, Petroleo y Energía, and has a large experience representing several domestic and foreign mining companies investing in Peru. Mr. Rodriguez Mariategui is a member of a Peruvian mining family and is currently a director of the Canada-Peru Chamber of Commerce.

 
Bryan Morris
Position: Director

Mr. Morris began his career by spending eleven years in Peru with the Cerro de Pasco Corporation and Centromin. In 1977 he joined Cominco Ltd. Over the ensuing 26 years, Mr. Morris held a series of financial management and executive positions in Cominco, Cominco Resources and Teck Cominco, most recently as Vice President, Business Development. He also served as a director of several subsidiary companies and AIM-listed Zincox Resources until his retirement in 2003. Mr. Morris remains active as a Financial Consultant for companies in the mining sector.

 
Thomas (Tom) Kelly, E.M.
Position: Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Kelly has Bachelor and Masters Degrees in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and is a Fellow of AUSIMM and a Registered Member of SME. He has over 34 years of world-wide mineral industry experience including underground and open pit mining, project development, project management, corporate management and consulting services. Mr. Kelly has held senior positions with Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc., AMEC Americas and other recognized industry-leading companies. He is a recognized expert in project management and development. Mr. Kelly will be based in Lima, Peru.

 
Sandra Lim
Position: Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Lim is a Certified General Accountant and Certified Financial Planner. From 1988 to 2005, Ms. Lim was an associate with the firm of G. Ross McDonald, Chartered Accountant, which merged with Smythe Ratcliffe, Chartered Accountants, on February 1, 2005. Ms. Lim has had extensive experience as an accountant and auditor of small businesses involved in a range of industries and has been involved in various stages of public company operations, including public financings, listings applications and regulatory compliance, in addition to accounting and financial reporting activities.

 
Sharon L. Fleming
Position: Corporate Secretary

Ms. Fleming is a Paralegal with over 25 years experience in public company operations including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, project financing and corporate governance. In 1994, she founded Fleming & Associates, a consulting company specializing in the field of corporate securities and mining administration. Prior to 1994, Ms. Fleming was a senior legal assistant with Campney & Murphy LLP, Barristers and Solicitors and Lawson Lundell LLP, Barristers and Solicitors.

 
Bernard Stannus, P.Eng
Position: VP Mining

From 1982 to the present Mr. Stannus has played an integral part in the design, development, construction and operation of a number of mines including the Picacho Mine in California, the Gilt Edge Mine in South Dakota, the Ryan Lode Mine in Alaska and the Andacollo Gold Mine in Chile. Inca Pacific is confident that Mr. Stannus's experience in mine development will greatly assist its efforts to prepare a Bankable Feasibility Study for its Magistral project in both a cost effective and timely manner.

 
Harold Waller
Position: General Manager, Peru

After graduating from the University of Arizona with a Masters Degree in geology in 1960, Hal started his career in the mining industry in Latin America where he has lived and worked for most of the last 40 years. Hal started as a mine geologist at Kennecott's El Teniente Mine in Chile. Later he moved into exploration with Cerro de Pasco in Peru, W.R. Grace in Peru and Bolivia and St. Joe Minerals throughout Latin America, Australia and the People's Republic of China. At one time or another he was the General Manager for W.R. Grace and St. Joe Minerals in Peru and Bolivia. At present Hal lives in Lima, Peru where his company, "EMINASA" provides consulting services to the mining industry. He is also the general manager for Inca Pacific S.A.
